Flexible individualized services to strengthen relationships between youth and their families or natural supports (teachers, coaches, mentors). Services include advocacy, mentoring, coaching, mediation, emotional and mental health support, housing/education/employment navigation, cultural and 2SLGBTQIA+ supports, and safety planning. Referrals accepted from community partners, other Foundry programs, and self-referrals.
