Helps parents and caregivers navigate mental health and substance use systems for their children, youth, or dependent adults (up to age 25). Navigators listen, assess needs, and connect callers with relevant local community resources. Also runs 'Take a Break' support groups for caregivers. Serves the entire BC Interior region through CMHA branches.
