Restorative Justice Program — John Howard Society

An alternative to the court system that brings together the person who caused harm, the person affected, and community members. Victims can ask questions, describe the impact, and participate in deciding the outcome. Agreements can include restitution or commitments to change behaviour. For adults 18+.
