Education-based alternative to court for adults who have shoplifted. Helps participants understand causes and consequences of shoplifting, develop skills to change behaviour, and take responsibility without court involvement. For adults 18+ with minimal RCMP interaction who acknowledge responsibility. Referral required from Central Okanagan RCMP or Crown Counsel.
