SPARC BC — Disability Parking Permits

Manages BC's Disability Parking Permit Program since 1984 — over 100,000 British Columbians rely on this program. Permits provide designated accessible parking for people with mobility limitations who use wheelchairs, crutches, canes, or other mobility aids, or who cannot walk far due to health conditions. You do not need to own a vehicle to qualify.
