Lake Country Health Planning Society

Non-profit providing community health and wellness services in Lake Country since 1982. Programs include the Better at Home Program (seniors 65+), caregiver support, mental health services, fitness and recreation for vulnerable seniors, harm reduction services, and the annual Health & Wellness Fair. Also runs Lake Country CARES — an elder abuse information and support initiative.
