Non-profit providing affordable rental housing for seniors (55+) and people with disabilities in Peachland. The Residences on 6th (Phase 1): 74 units at 4445 6th Street — rents from $780 (1-bed) to $1,200 (2-bed). Amenity room, scooter storage, two elevators. The Residences on 5th (Phase 2): 73 additional affordable homes, opening spring 2026. Apply through The Housing Registry — call 1-800-257-7756 and add building code "DUO". Office hours Mon-Fri 9 AM-3 PM. Emergency: 778-581-4445. Funded by the Governments of Canada and BC through BC Housing.
