Provincial Tuition Waiver Program — Former Youth in Care

Waives tuition and eligible fees for current and former children or youth in care of any age studying at a BC public post-secondary institution, the Native Education College, or an approved union-based trades training provider. Covers full-time and part-time study below graduate level, including certificates, diplomas, apprenticeships, and continuing education. Also includes the annual $3,500 Learning for Future Grant for textbooks and a computer.
