Homeowner Grant for Seniors — BC Property Tax Reduction

Reduces property taxes for BC homeowners aged 65 and older on their principal residence. Seniors receive up to $1,045 in the Central Okanagan (or $845 in Metro Vancouver/Fraser Valley). Available for homes assessed at $2,075,000 or less (2026). Low-income seniors with adjusted net income under $32,000 may qualify for additional supplements even on higher-value homes. Applied through your municipality when paying property taxes.
