New Horizons for Seniors Program — Federal Community Grants

Federal grants of up to $25,000 for one-year community-based projects designed by and for seniors. Funds activities that promote volunteering, mentoring, social inclusion, elder abuse awareness, and community participation. For community organizations, not individuals — contact a local seniors' group to suggest a project or get involved. Funding rounds open annually (check canada.ca for current intake dates).
