BC Housing - Home Adaptations & Accessible Housing

BC Housing offers programs to support accessible housing needs. The BC Rebate for Accessible Home Adaptations (BC RAHA) provides rebates up to $20,000 for home modifications for seniors and people with permanent disabilities. You pay for the work first, then get reimbursed after approval. Do not start work before receiving your written Approval Letter.
