A Way Home Kelowna

Community initiative (not a standalone service provider) that partners with CMHA Kelowna to identify homeless and at-risk youth and connect them to housing and age-appropriate supports. Part of the A Way Home Canada national network. Related programs include Housing First for Youth (HF4Y) and Bright Mindz. Federal Reaching Home funding through Central Okanagan Foundation extends to 2027-28.
