BC Renter's Tax Credit

BC tax credit for renters — up to $400 per year. For the 2026 tax year, you get the full credit if your adjusted income is under $66,189, with a reduced credit up to $86,189. Claim it when you file your BC income tax. You must have rented in BC for at least 6 months during the tax year.
